If you place your order after 7pm, It will be placed the next day in the order it was received. 

 Boonie cart is a new business. Our goal is to provide shopping and delivery services  to areas that are more rural and don’t have grocery shopping or delivery service available.  It’s very simple, you can shop your grocery stores local inventory from our website.  We then make the delivery to your location, it’s that simple!

Depending on how far you are from Bradford and how large your order is, you most people can expect to get their order delivered within 1-2 hours. If the order is smaller and you’re closer to the store, then les than 30 minutes.

We charge a price increase on our website that is different from what is actually in the grocery store. You are also able to leave a tip. The delivery cost from the supermarket to your location is $0.85 cents per mile. The prices you pay for items on Boonie Cart have no correlation with the prices in the store. For example, a bottle of water at XYZ store might cost $2.30 however on Boonie cart you can expect to pay around $2.80 The total amount you pay on checkout is simply as a means to pay for the service we provide. Rather than us adding a flat rate fee called “Boonie Cart Fee $x.xx” we factor our fee into every item on our site and it totals upon checkout. Boonie Cart does not resell store items.

If you purchase something on our website which is not available at the grocery store, a substituted item will be selected as a replacement for less or close to same price. 

Unless you request it, the Shopper does not bring the groceries into your home or business. By default, the groceries will be left outside in front of the home or business, a picture of the groceries will be sent to your phone and email as proof of delivery. We recommend that you keep your phone on as we may attempt to call you when we are on the way or need help finding your home or location.

You do not need to be home. Groceries can be left in a safe place. You may specify a place you want your groceries to be left, please leave a note upon checking out.

Bags will be stapled closed to keep from animals getting in. 

 

If you ordered meat, milk or other temperature sensitive items, its important to get them in a fridge or freezer ASAP. Its the responsibility of the customer to do this after we have dropped off an order.

 

Pictures of the bags contents along with a picture of the bags in front of your home will be taken as proof of delivery and proof that all the items ordered are in the bags.

Items, such as veggies, meats, cheeses, fish are weighed in store. Boonie Cart will always try to get your requested weight, but final weight may vary. The total weight and price of weighed items are based on the label the retailer applies. If the total weight of the items is different than what you wanted, you will be refunded the difference.

Product ingredient information & nutritional facts are not available on boonie cart for items. We rely on customers to know what they are buying from previous supermarket shopping experiences. If you are unsure of what ingredients are in an item, please search for this information on google through a reputable source.
